Online Policy
Merchandise may be returned for a FULL REFUND to the original form of payment if returned within 7 days of receipt by mail. You have 14 days to receive STORE CREDIT.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. ANGEL does not supply the return labels. You can purchase a return label at any carrier of your choice.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and its original condition with all tags attached to the garment(s).
Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume, or smoke.
If an item arrives with a specific defect or damage, please contact us so we can review the issue and assist with the return or replacement.

Return approval is at the discretion of our returns team and we reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our return policy.  We cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials.
Refunds
Once the items are received back in our warehouse you will be credited the amount of your return item(s) usually within 5-10 business days from receipt of goods. Financial institutions typically take another 3-7 days to credit your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
